How long will it take to get my order?
Most customers can expect to receive their order within 3 to 5 days once the order is shipped. Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
No worries! If you happen to be out when the delivery arrives, the driver will simply leave your package at your doorstep, inside your mailbox, or with your building’s doorman.

What happens if my package gets damaged or lost?
If your order happens to be lost or damaged while in transit, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We want to ensure you receive your items in good condition, and we’ll gladly send out a replacement order if damaged or lost in transit. Please note that all items are shipped according to our shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
If the carrier’s tracking records indicate that your package has been delivered, we regret to inform you that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim or complaint directly with the carrier in this situation. Please refer to the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
