WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- We want you to be more than satisfied with your experience with us. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return.
- A return request must occur within 30 days of the order date.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE?
- Pet food, treats, and consumable products are not returnable.
- Items that have been used, opened and or are not in the original box or packaging.
- An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment and or refuse delivery, our return policy applies. Initial and return shipping charges may apply.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
- There are no additional re-stocking charges for a return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there’s an error in what we shipped you or the product was damaged during transit.
- Returns on orders that received free shipping will have the cost of the original shipping charges deducted from the refund.
- Returns will be subject to a return label shipping fee.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Send us an email with your order number.
- Fill in the item you want to return.
- You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and return label.
Return Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
